Baldrige Examiner Assessment Opportunity

Through an assessment review of a series of case studies, current and former Baldrige Examiners from both the National and Regional organizations can utilize their Examiner training to earn up to 15 credits toward their Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Doctor of Healthcare Administration (DHA), or PhD in Health Services degree.

Exclusive Baldrige Capstone Program

As an alternative to traditional doctoral study, Walden University is offering a limited number of participants the Consulting Capstone—an individual project in which DBA, DHA and PhD in Health Services students serve as consultants to an organization. For this project students will:

  • Use knowledge and skills gained from doctoral course study
  • Coach clients to improve key work processes, overcome strategic challenges, and increase overall performance
  • Conduct in-depth research for an about assigned client organization
  • Collaborate with clients to help these organizations bring about positive social change

All candidates who are current Walden students are eligible for the tuition benefit; however, no tuition reduction will be made retroactively. The tuition benefit cannot be used by a student in combination with any other tuition reduction benefit. The tuition benefit is not applicable for students enrolled in the Family Nurse Practitioner specialization in the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program.

Walden may change the tuition benefit offered hereunder at any time, but such change will not affect the tuition benefit for students who are currently enrolled at Walden and using the existing tuition benefit.
